Symptoms
When trying to rerun 'RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2024/25' concurrent program after it was rolled back, the following error is displayed in the process log:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under UK HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2024/25' process.
3. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'GB Rollback' against above 'RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2024/25' process.
4. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2024/25' process.
5. Open log (Click on View Log button) > Observe above error is displayed.
