How to Link Draft Revenue With Draft Invoices for Events in Oracle Project Billing? (Doc ID 3034000.1)

Goal

There is a link between draft revenue and draft invoices for expenditures through draft_invoice_num and draft_invoice_item_line_num columns in the pa_cust_rev_dist_lines_all table.
However, there is no link between draft revenue and draft invoices for events in the pa_cust_event_rdl_all table since the draft_invoice_num and draft_invoice_item_line_num columns are null.

How can draft revenue and draft invoices be linked for events?
Alternatively, is there a way to link draft revenue for events to a Receivables invoice (ra_customer_trx_all) if there is no way to link draft revenue to draft invoices?
