How are user records created in AP.AP_WEB_PREFERENCES table?
Why do some Internet Expense users have records in table AP_WEB_PREFERENCES, and others do not?
Why many users do not have a record in this table, even if they have submitted an expense report in the past?
How to correct these user records to ensure that any user with an Internet Expenses responsibility has a record in AP.AP_WEB_PREFERENCES?
