Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Reason and Comments fields in Line history table (OE_ORDER_LINES_HISTORY) are not populated even when processing constraint is set to capture Requested Reason and Required History.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Reason and Comments fields should have been recorded in Audit history table

STEPS

1. Go to Order Management responsibility>Orders,Returns>Sales Orders
2. Query a booked sales order
3. Change the Promise date and enter Change reason and save
4. Observe that Change Reason not captured on history table

 Upgraded to R12.2.12
