Sourcing PON Solicitation Amendments SF30 'Instructions' On Page 2 (Doc ID 3035360.1)

Symptoms

The SF30 'Instructions' on Page 2 for PON / Solicitation Amendments need to be removed.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 SF30 for Negotiation amendments  Page 2 Instructions   should not be present.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Sourcing Responsibility
2. Create a solicitation amendment
3. View PDF of SF30 for the amendment
4. See instructions page on page 2
5. This page is not present on the PO side. Expecting the same on the Sourcing->PON / Negotiations side.
