Error 'ORA-01400 Cannot insert null into BOM.BOM_DELETE_ENTITIES ITEM_CONCAT_SEGMENTS' When Unassigning Item in Master Items Form

Symptoms
The following error is displayed when attempting to unassign an item in the Master Items form.
As as result, the Master Item form cannot be used to unassign items.
ORA-01400:cannot insert NULL into BOM.BOM_DELETE_ENTITIES.ITEM_CONCAT_SEGMENTS
Steps
- Navigate: Inventory > Items > Master Items
- Query for an item to unassign
- Uncheck the "Assigned" checkbox of the Organization(s) you wish to unassign the item from
- Save and then a popup error box is displayed with the error message
Note: A workaround can be used which is to:
1. Manually create a Delete Group in Bills of Material "Delete Group" form (Navigate: Bills of Material > Delete Groups)
2. Add the org/item(s) to the delete group.
3. Process the delete group.
