When executing the Concurrent Program "Employee Annual Tax Returns (India)", program ends up in error and the below error is captured in error log.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE:

1. Login using "HRMS Manager" Responsibility.

2. Open any form.

3. Navigate to View --> Request (Menu Bar).

4. Submit the Request "Employee Annual Tax Returns (India)".

5. Request ends up in error and when opened the error log, observe the above error message captured as part of it.
