Calculate Late Interest should create Late Interest when invoice has multiple receipts

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Lease Super User
2. Create Contract with Late Interest
3. Run Calculate Late Interest Program
4. Late Interest stream elements are not created
