What Does Record History Details Mean For Sales Order Header Or Lines? (Doc ID 3035747.1)

Goal

In Sales order form for order header or lines when user sees details of Record History via Help Menu. There are different details that appear.
From the order header or line, go to the menu and select Help > About > Record History.




For example, it is showing the following:


However, when viewing the same for another order, it does not show System Logon & Terminal in the Record History.
Additionally, sometimes the Updated By is showing as SYSADMIN or other variations like the following:

Updated BY: SUPER USER
Update date: August 8
System Logon: UNKNOWN
Terminal : Concurrent

Why are there inconsistencies and what do these record history details mean?
