OAS 2024 Email Delivery Failure - JMS Processor Warning (Doc ID 3035883.1)

Symptoms

On : 12c version, Java APIs : Delivery Services, JMS Processor shows warning in Scheduler Diagnostics: 


JMSProcessor - EmailProcessor caught error: tried to access method com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPMessage.getDSNRet()Ljava/lang/String; from class com.sun.mail.smtp.OCISMTPTransport

Also, Email delivery output for scheduled report shows report delivery failure.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to BIP
2. Navigate to where the needed report is located
3. Schedule report with Email output
4. Check Report job history
