Symptoms

After migrating models from controlled instance into Production instance, when attempting to run program Refresh a Single Configuration Model,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Migrate model from controlled instance into Production instance.
2. Run Pre-Explode Configurable Bills of Material in Production instance.
3. Run Enable/Disable Import Flag program to enable import flag for model item.
4. Run Refresh a Single Configuration Model program, see error.
