Symptoms

While trying to Reconcile Bank Statements in the Bank Statements Form, the following decision is received:

The control total ending balances do not match. Do you want to continue?
No Yes


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into the responsibility: Cash Management.
2. Navigate to: Bank Statements > Bank Statements and Reconciliation.
3. Query the Bank Statement.
4. Above decision appears.
