Symptoms

 When clicking on create new expense report in Internet Expenses receive the following error:
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: 
JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation. Statement: SELECT * FROM 
(/* This query will exclude terminated contingent
workers and terminated employees who became
contingent workers to avoid duplicate rows.
Otherwise 2 rows for the same person could be
possible. */
SELECT
