Symptoms

POSTAL_CODE (ZIP CODE) exists in HZ_LOCATIONS, but Is not displayed in the Geography Hierarchy as expected.

This can be verified as follows.

1. The Query below is executed based and POSTAL_CODE=PPP is returned:

2. The steps below are followed and it is verified that POSTAL_CODE=PPP is not displayed in the Geography Hierarchy:

Responsibility: Trading Community Manager
Navigation: Trading Community > Administration > Geography Hierarchy
a. Go to details for the Geography Unit where it is expected to have the POSTAL_CODE listed.
b. POSTAL_CODE=PPP does not appear.
