The Last Payment Due On Derived Field Is Showing the Newest Invoice Instead of the Oldest (Doc ID 3036207.1)

Symptoms

In the Collections Agent Header, the 'Last Payment Due On' field is showing the most recent transaction that the receipt was applied to, instead of the oldest.

The Oracle Advanced Users Guide indicates the following:

The last payment received was applied to a payment schedule with this date. If payment was applied to more than one payment schedule, the oldest payment schedule is shown.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation: Collections

  1. Query a customer and view the Last Payment Due On Field
  2. This field shows a different date than what is detailed in the documentation
