Symptoms
While applying 12.2.13 upgrade patch - 34776655, form GMDQMASS.fmx compilation is failing with below errors.

No compilation errors.
Compiling package body GMDQMASS...
Compilation error on package body GMDQMASS:
PL/SQL ERROR 302 at line 279, column 42
component 'QC_LAB_ORGN_CODE' must be declared
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 274, column 5
SQL Statement ignored
