Symptoms
After upgrading the database from version 12c to 19c, noticed a performance issue and error when running the Lot Cost Process.
The Lot Cost concurrent log file shows the following error.
ERROR: ORA-27102: out of memory in Rollup Lot Costs
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OPM Financials
2. Navigation: Lot Costs > Lot Cost Process
3. Submit the Lot Cost Process which triggers a concurrent program request
4. Review the Lot Cost Process concurrent request log file for error.
