Symptoms

The  Expense Type LOV is missing the first entry on the Oracle Fusion Expenses Mobile app on Android.  No issue on iOS device.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Oracle Fusion Expenses Mobile app on  Android mobile device
2. Click Enter
3. Select Expense Type
4. Notice that the Expense Type LOV is missing the first item
