During ECC Installation & Integration, PatchEccFiles.pl Is Not Found in $FND_TOP/bin directory To Import Applications (Doc ID 3036744.1)

Symptoms

When "4.3.2.5 Import Enterprise Command Center Applications" on "Installing Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework, Release 12.2 (Latest Version) (Doc ID 2495053.1)" was attempted, there was no patchEccFiles.pl file there. patchEccFiles.pl should exist on $FND_TOP/bin directory.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Based on (Doc ID 2495053.1), step 4.3.2.5 were about to be executed.
2. Then patchEccFiles.pl was not on $FND_TOP/bin directory.
