Descriptive Flex Field (DFF) are incorrectly modified or deleted by upgrade to release 12.2.12

Some of them are unfreezing now, some of them have changed checkboxes in the header, context is cleared.

The DFF inventory org freight parameters are modified.

Upgrade Enterprise Command Center ECC from ECC V9 to ECC V11, the DFF are modified.

Invalid objects:

MTL_TRANSACTION_TYPES_DFV VIEW ORA-01445: cannot select ROWID from, or sample, a join view without a key-p

MTL_TXN_SOURCE_TYPES_DFV VIEW ORA-01445: cannot select ROWID from, or sample, a join view without a key-p
