R12: Project Resource Assignment Status Is Showing Previous Status Even After Changing Status (Doc ID 3037078.1)

Symptoms

User changed status of project resource assignment from XXX to YYY.
However Resource Assignment status is appearing as XXX status in Application however changed resource assignment status is appearing correctly as YYY in backend.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Project Self Service responsibility
2. Navigate to Projects: Delivery > Search Projects
3. Query Project Number and Click on Resource tab.
4. Review assignment status.
