ECC Project Costing Dashboard Account Analysis Tab Showing Error With "Invalid filter for attribute _JE_CATEGORY_NAME_facet "values" (Doc ID 3037602.1)

When try to access the Account Analysis tab in Costing Dashboard from Project Command Center the following error occurring.

400 Bad Request: Invalid filter for attribute _JE_CATEGORY_NAME_facet "values" attribute must have at least one value

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to ECC Developer Responsibility
2. Go to Projects Command Center-> Costing
3. Click on Account Analysis tab
4. Check the issue
