On : 12.1.3 or above version, IAS for Applications Technology
Customer is facing below error while creating the user in oracle EBS, they are not able to save the user.
FRM-40735: POST-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-20002.
Steps to reproduce:
Navigation : system administrator -->Security -> User -> define

Customer create a custom object that try to execute an object in critical schema (APPS)
