Return Logistics Line Status Is Not Updated To Received When Splitting The Receipt (Doc ID 3037824.1)

Symptoms


When multiple receipts are processed against a single logistics line, the logistic line status does not get updated to "Received".

Pressing the Update Logistics button does not resolve the issue.


STEPS

-----------------------

1) R) Depot Repair

N) Depot Repair > Repair Orders > New

2) Create a repair order with item quantity of 4.

3) Sales Order for the Logistic Line is created in "Booked" Status.

4) Received the returned items in 2 different receipts of quantity = 2.

5) The logistic line status is not changed from "Booked" to "Received".
