Symptoms
Allow Lite API to create both Amount and Goods based lines due to performance challenges with BSO Webservice performance.
Oracle Development is providing a patch to allow for the required functionality.
Enhancing PDOI MOD API to create modification which support addition of new lines, shipments and distributions along with updating them.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use PDOI MOD API to create modification
2. There is needed functionality to support addition of new lines, shipments and distributions along with updating them
