Users Are Incorrectly Receiving Email Notifications with the Word "Closed" In the Beginning of the Subject Line (Requisitions and Purchase Orders)
(Doc ID 3038488.1)
Last updated on AUGUST 06, 2024
Applies to:
Oracle Purchasing - Version 12.2.10 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Users are incorrectly receiving email notifications that have the word "Closed" in the beginning of the subject line. This notification creates confusion to approvers as they sometimes believe this means the document itself has been closed.
For example: "Closed: Standard Purchase Order NNNNNN, N has been Accepted by ___________"
Steps to reproduce the issue are not included as this occurs for both Requisitions and Purchase Orders and there are many application flows that generate these notifications.
