Last updated on AUGUST 05, 2024
Applies to:
Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management for Public Sector - Version 12.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Upon review of a failed vendor eligibility check, the error message is still referencing the term Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS).
As the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) has now migrated to Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) - it is expected to see UEI not DUNS in the error message.
Error:
This Vendor Eligibility check request has been submitted for a DUNS number that is not identical to the DUNS 1.number in the requested system (SAM). Please resubmit the Vendor Eligibility Check request.
Replication Steps:
1. Create an Award using the Contract Lifecycle Management responsibility
2. Enter the header information - to include the Vendor name and site
3. Select the action to engage the Vendor Eligibility check
4. The returned error message (above) is making a reference to DUNS Number phrase, etc..
