Symptoms

User is unable to create ECO for the same revised item and unit number in different organizations. Per business requirements, users can use the same unit number in different organizations for the same revised items.

ERROR
Revised item &REVISED_ITEM_NAME already exists on ECO &ECO_NAME with unit number &FROM_END_ITEM_UNIT_NUMBER

STEPS
1. Engineering > ECOs > ECOs > Create ECO for Revised item Item1, Unit Number U100 in org A
2. Create ECO for the same revised item Item1, Unit Number U100 in org B
