Symptoms

Implementing multi-org and adding a new operating unit. While trying to fund a project related to the new operating unit, the project numbers list of values in the fund projects screen for the award installment does not show any project numbers.

Replication Steps:

1. Navigate to > Grants responsibility > Awards.
2. In the Find Award screen, enter the Award Number. Click the Find button.
3. In the Award Management Folder screen, click the Open button.
4. In the Award Management screen and under the Installments tab, click the Project Funding button.
5. In the Fund Projects screen, click on the list of values for the Project Number field. No Project Numbers are listed in the list of values.
