Symptoms
Transfer to GL detail (XML) Report not returning all records.
Pay period 1, the report worked as expected.
Pay period 2, the report only returns 2 employees. We are expecting 390 employees.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using "US Payroll Manager" Responsibility.
2. View > Submit the program "Transfer to GL"
3. Run program "Transfer to GL Detail Report XML"
4. Program completes successfully without any error, but the more employee data are missing in the output. Only 2 Employees are returned.
