Contract Terms link is not showing in Sourcing Superuser


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Contract Terms link should be visible in Sourcing Superuser

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Sourcing Super user
2. Go to Sourcing Home Page --> Navigations --> Create --> RFQ
3. On the Left hand side Contract Terms Link is missing
