Symptoms

Unable to add special address in the ship to section of parts order in the Oracle Field Service for EBS (the new Mobile Field Service app). The address fields are not showing up, but rather a search field is showing to pick an existing address, just like the technician address.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Oracle Field Service for EBS app.
2. Go to Parts Search.
3. Try to enter a special ship to address
