Symptoms
When attempting to generate JAR files using Adadmin
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run Adadmin
2. Select
a. Generate Applications Files menu
b. Generate product JAR files
3. Adadmin failed with the "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError" error message.
