PAXTRTRX PRC: Transaction Import Errors with GMS_INVALID_AWARD (Doc ID 3039318.1)

Symptoms

Users are using the award distributions functionality for transaction import. When running the concurrent process, PRC: Transaction Import, to upload project transactions from another external application, the records end with the following rejection message, GMS_INVALID_AWARD.

Replication Steps:

1. > Grants responsibility > Reports > Run.
2. Run the PRC: Transaction Import for the Transaction Source.
3. Output file shows rejections of, GMS_INVALID_AWARD.
