Symptoms
Applying Patch 30699784 when running CLEF010_INDEXES.sql the below error is faced based on worker Log File:
ERROR
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

The issue can be reproduced by following below steps:
1. Unix;
2. Apply patch 30699784;
