After running the GB Statutory Absences Rate Updates program, the new statutory rates are not updated in the Maternity Pay form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using System Administrator responsibility.
2. Navigate to Profile > System.
3. Set profile GB Statutory Absences Rate Updates: HRGLOBAL to No at site level.
4. Apply UK TYE (Tax Year End) patch.
5. Using UK HRMS Manager responsibility.
6. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports.
7. Run the concurrent program GB Absences Rate updates program.
8. Navigate to SSP/SMP/SAP/SPP > Person Details.
9. Search for the affected person.
10. Click on Absence > Statutory Payments.
11. Check the statutory rates before and after 06th April 20NN and observe that the new statutory rates are not updated.
