Symptoms
Autocreate Final Assembly Orders Program Does Not Create Discrete Jobs For ATO Items ,the following errors found in program logfile

get_order_lines: Insert Error Message: CTOWIPUB.insert wip interface N expected excpn: :User-Defined Exception
get_order_lines: FAILED in Insert WIP Interface: U For Order Line 2347754381
get_order_lines: CTOWIPWB.get_order_lines: Line 2347754381 is NOT eligible for Autocreate FAS anymore.
get_order_lines: Could not find a WIP job. Records probably stuck in wip job schedule interface.
Return status from CTO_WIP_WRAPPER.get_order_lines: -1
Total Orders Loaded (including discrete and flow) = 0
Count of records in l_wip_sequences = 1
Count of records in l_flow_sequences = 0
l_status=> -1
Steps
======
The Issue can be reproduced by following below steps
1.Login into Order Management responsibility
2.Create Sales Order for ATO item
3.Book Sales Order > Sales Order Line status changes to Supply Eligible
4.Progress Order (SO) OR run AutoCreate Final Assembly Orders program
5.Open Sales Order Lines > Tools > Scheduling > Reservation Details > Supply tab > Header Number (Discrete Job Number) is blank
6.Discrete Job not generated.
