Authenticated User is not Present in My Account when Login with Uppercase User to /xmlpserver

Symptoms
When using a WLS integrated LDAP and some of the users are in lowercase and others in uppercase, it has been noticed that the users that login with uppercase, cannot schedule reports.
Additionally the users that login in uppercase, do not show the Authenticated User role in /xmlpserver > My Account > My Groups.
BI Consumer is present, but Authenticated User is not.
When login to /analytics, the Authenticated User is present.
