Symptoms

After running the "PenServer Interface Process" concurrent program, it has been observed that the value for "PQP GB PenServer Start Reason - Service History" is incorrect in the Extract Results Detail Form for employees that are returning from half pay or unpaid sickness absence type.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Under UK HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to SSP/SMP/SAP/SPP > Person Details > Query for employee > Absence > Enter Sickness type absence (for example starting from 11-January-2024 and ensure to end this on 30-May-2024).
3. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run "PenServer Interface Process" concurrent program with "Interface File=Service History" and Effective Date as sickness half pay period (for example 31-March-2024).
4. Navigate to Mass Information eXchange: MIX > System Extract > Extract Results > Query for Extract Name="PQP GB PenServer Periodic Changes Interface - Service History" (generated for the above run - step 3).
5. Click on Detail > Observe "PQP GB PenServer Start Reason - Service History" = "SH" (Sick Half Pay).
6. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run "PenServer Interface Process" with Interface File=Service History and Effective Date after absence end (for example 31-May-2024).
7. Navigate to Mass Information eXchange: MIX > System Extract > Extract Results > Query for Extract Name="PQP GB PenServer Periodic Changes Interface - Service History" (generated for the above run - step 6).
8. Click on Detail > Observe that "PQP GB PenServer Start Reason - Service History" field is wrongly showing "SH" when "RB" (Return from Break) is expected.
