Symptoms
In the Action Types setup section of Approvals Management the create button is not visible.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Responsibility: Approvals Management Business Analyst
- Navigate: Query Transaction Type > Click Setup
- Click Action Types Tab
