Symptoms
When attempting to start the EBS Application services
few managed servers did not start, the following error occurs in the Managed server logfiles

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application server as OS owner.
2. Go to $ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME
3. Start all services
sh adstrtall.sh
Changes
OS server upgrade to redhat-release 8
