DATAFIX : Sales Order Lines Are In 'AWAITING_FULFILLMENT' Status And Does Not Progress For Invoicing And Closure (Doc ID 3040073.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Sales order lines are stuck with status 'AWAITING_FULFILLMENT' and does not progress for invoicing and closure.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After all the sales order lines belonging to a fulfillment set is shipped, the order lines of the fulfillment set should progress for invoicing and closure.

STEPS

The issue cannot be reproduced at will however in the current scenario user did the following

1. Navigate to Order Management Super User Responsibility

2. Menu path > Order, Returns > Sales Order form

3. Entered a multi line order and assigned all the lines to a fulfillment set

4. After all the lines were assigned to fulfillment set, cancelled few lines which were not needed to be fulfilled

5. Shipped the remaining lines which were not cancelled. After the remaining lines were shipped, the order lines continued to stay stuck in 'AWAITING_FULFILLMENT' status.
