The Miscellaneous Receipts Register report is showing duplicate rows for miscellaneous receipts that has been reversed.
If a miscellaneous receipt is reversed, the report is showing two entries for receipt creation and two entries for receipt reversal instead of showing only one record for each.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Control > Requests > Run

1. Select Single Request
2. Select concurrent program Miscellaneous Receipts Register from LOV
3. Enter Parameters
4. Submit
