Symptoms

 In Purchasing responsibility

Nav : Setup / Purchasing / Document Type

Query one of the documents.
While attempting to create a new document, the LOV for the Document type only contains :

Quotation and RFQ (Request For Quotation)

Cannot find the values 'Purchase Order', 'Requisition' etc...

Cannot add a new sub type for other document types as Purchase Order or Requisition
