When attempting to run perl adcfgclone.pl dbTechStack ,

the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to <ORACLE_HOME>/appsutil/clone/bin
2. perl adcfgclone.pl dbTechStack <Complete path to the target context file>
