Symptoms
When try to Create a new Customer the form throws below Error

Value for location_id must be unique
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
Responsibility: Receivables Responsibility
Navigation: Customers > Customers
Create a new customer by entering all details with site address and Save.
Error will be seen on the screen.
