AU: Requirement Of Additional Columns And Change Of Column Name "Foreign Worker Gross Payment" To "Foreign Worker Income" In Single Touch Payroll (STP) Reports For Foreign Worker (FW) (Doc ID 3040753.1)

Symptoms

Annual Leave on Termination for FW, the columns Lump Sum A and Unused Leave displays a consolidated (total) value which makes it difficult to reconcile the AU vs FW ratio.

So, additional columns are required in the STP Validation and XML Publisher report for FW to help reconcile and match with the delimiter file.

Also, STP Validation and XML Reports show "Foreign Worker Gross Payment". The column name should be "Foreign Worker Income" to be consistent with Current Employee Information section.

Steps:

1) Responsibility: AU HRMS Manager

2) Navigate to View > Requests > Submit New Request

3) Run Single Touch Payroll Archive 2022

4) Run Single Touch Payroll Report 2022

5) Check the report outputs
