Trip Stop Ends in Error: For this Transaction Row the Serial Records are Missing (Doc ID 304095.1)

Symptoms

Find a closed Delivery that has the "Details Required" check box checked for one of the delivery lines.
The Delivery is expecting the serial numbers.
The Item is set to At Sales Order Issue for Serial Generation.
The Interface Trip Stop Completes in Warning with the following error.
The same error is listed on the transaction open interface record.

Error
Error: Serial records / For this transaction row the serial records are missing

Steps
1. Navigate to Order Management > Shipping Interfaces > Run
2. Choose Interface Trip Stop SRS
3. Enter the delivery Number
4. The trip stop completes in error.
