Symptoms
When attempting to account the Invoice and Payment, the following error occurs.

Error 95271: The code combination identifier -1 from the source associated with Journal Line Type Exchange Rate Variance owned by Oracle is invalid. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

&MESSAGE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payables Responsibility
2. Run Create accounting Program
3. The invoices and Payments are not getting accounted due to the above error.
