ECC Procurement Order Dashboard Displays the "Operating Unit" as "Expenditure Org"


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
ECC Procurement order dashboard will be showing the correct "Expenditure org" entered in the Purchase Order Distribution

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Navigate to Purchasing responsibility
2.  In the Operating unit "OU1", Find that Value on the Purchase order form -> Distributions -> "expenditure org" is “XXXXX” for the Purchase Order.
3.  From Menu >> Requests>> Run the "Procurement full load program"
4.  Find that in the procurement dashboard, for all Purchase Orders the "expenditure org" is displayed as "OU1" instead of  “XXXXX”
